What it is

The DeWalt DT9694-QZ SDS-Plus drill bit has a 28 mm diameter, an overall length of 450 mm and 400 mm of working length, with a carbide-insert head and 4-cutter geometry. This configuration ensures fast, stable hammer drilling in concrete, with good durability on contact with reinforcing bars; the SDS PLUS shank ensures a secure grip in professional hammers and rotary hammers.

How to use it

Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
