Car-wash treatment plant (Table 4) Rototec

What it is

The product treats the washing water from vehicles (manual and automatic), removing sand, oils/hydrocarbons and pollutants to comply with the limits of Table 4 of Legislative Decree 152/2006, with a separator compliant with UNI EN 858-1. Intended uses: manual vehicle washing areas; automatic/gantry washing systems; vehicle car washes. Technical advantages: compliance with the limits of Table 4 of Legislative Decree 152/2006; oil separator in accordance with UNI EN 858-1; scheduled maintenance with periodic inspections. Purification process: the treatment comprises grit removal (gravity separation), oil separation (coalescing filter), biological treatment (trickling filter), and optionally filtration with quartzite and activated carbon. How to use it

Bury the tanks on a level bedding layer, connect inlet and outlet at the correct falls and backfill while gradually filling them with water to balance the soil pressure. Have blowers, pumps and control panels connected by an electrician and keep them protected from water. Inspect the system through the covers, clean the diffusers and have the sludge emptied regularly.
