What it is
The treatment plant for outdoor car washes is a monobloc solution on a steel base, ideal for service areas and washing centres where underground installation is not possible; it integrates a grit chamber, a hydrocarbon separator with coalescing filter and an aerated trickling filter. The system works in four stages: - Grit chamber: gravity separation of sand, sludge and gravel. - Oil removal: coalescing filter for aggregating oils and hydrocarbons. - Intensive biological treatment: reduction of BOD5, COD and phosphorus by means of an aerated trickling filter. - Technical box: PE container with timed electrical panel and blower.
Wastewater treatment systems are tanks, treatment units, pumping stations and components such as blowers, diffusers, control panels and covers for treating and pumping wastewater.
What it is for
Used for filtering system water and in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.
How to use it
Bury the tanks on a level bedding layer, connect inlet and outlet at the correct falls and backfill while gradually filling them with water to balance the soil pressure. Have blowers, pumps and control panels connected by an electrician and keep them protected from water. Inspect the system through the covers, clean the diffusers and have the sludge emptied regularly.
