Wall-mounted pneumatic oil pump kit with 15 m hose reel for 180-220 L drums Eco series Carvel

What it is

Eco series air-operated unit for drawing oil from 180-220 litre drums and dispensing it from a wall-mounted station. The supply includes a 3:1 ratio pump with a flow rate of 30 l/min, a fixed hose reel with 15 m of 1/2" 1SC hose, a 1.5 m connecting hose and a digital dispensing gun.

Special liquid pumps are electric, manual, drill-driven or engine-driven pumps for transferring diesel, oils, chemicals or sludge, with the related fitting kits.

What it is for

Used for lubricating moving parts, bearings and slideways, for workshop maintenance and for vehicle maintenance, in the workshop and on the road.

How to use it

Check that the pump is compatible with the liquid: for diesel, use pumps rated for fuels, and never transfer petrol or flammable solvents with standard pumps. Connect the suction and delivery hoses securely, immerse the suction end and start the pump, checking that it does not run dry. After use, empty and flush the circuit; wear gloves and safety glasses.

Safe use

Supply the pump with compressed air at the pressure specified by the manufacturer and release the pressure in the circuit before changing the drum. Collect any oil drips and dispose of them as waste.
