What it is
Tornado by Officine Polieri is a classic continuous plastering machine that mixes the premixed material and pumps it to the spray gun. It has a 150-litre hopper with grid, a cell wheel for a constant feed, a removable, tilting mixing chamber, compressor, water pump, flowmeter and a safety device for lack of water. It is available in single-phase 230 V (3 kW, three speeds, 8-26 l/min, 212 kg) and three-phase 400 V (5.5 kW, 22 l/min, 249 kg), with a delivery distance of up to 40 m.
A plastering machine is a machine that mixes and pumps mortars and plasters to the spray gun; this category also includes mortar pumps and spare parts such as stators and rotors.

How to use it
Connect the machine to water, power or compressed air, set the water flow according to the product and load the pre-mixed material into the hopper. Spray the mortar onto the wall in even bands, keeping the gun at a constant distance, then screed and finish. At the end of the job, immediately wash out the hopper, hoses and pump, and replace the stator and rotor when the pressure drops.
