What it is
is a one-component, self-levelling, pourable polyurethane sealant for concrete floors. It cures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form a high-performance compound with permanent elasticity and resistance to ageing and weathering. It is based on LC technology, developed to avoid the formation of bubbles found in traditional one-component polyurethane sealants. LC technology combines the best properties of traditional polyurethane sealants with a bubble-free, very-low-emission curing system.
Sealant is a paste product, in cartridges or tubes, that fills and seals joints and gaps, either remaining elastic or curing hard (silicones, polyurethanes, acrylics, hybrids, construction adhesives).
What it is for
Used for waterproofing roofs, terraces and below-ground structures and for sealing joints, gaps and service penetrations.
How to use it
Clean and dry the joint edges, insert backer rod if needed and mask the edges with masking tape. Cut the nozzle at an angle to the width of the joint, extrude the product with the gun in a continuous bead and tool it with a wet spatula before it skins over. Remove the tape immediately and allow the full curing time before stressing the joint.
