What it is
The Bossong BRTS-TX 40 heavy-duty expansion anchor (code BRTS-TX 40) ensures secure anchoring in non-cracked concrete, ideal for industrial, civil and infrastructure applications that require stability and resistance to moderate static or dynamic loads. Designed for professional fixings, it stands out for its controlled expansion system and its countersunk-head bolt with Torx 40 drive.

What it is for
Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.
How to use it
Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
