What it is
The Co.Me Australia model trowel (code 166) is the professional tool for plastering, finishing and spreading mortar on site. Designed for bricklayers, plasterers and restorers who need precision and durability at every stage of the work.
Trowels, spatulas and floats are steel or plastic hand tools for picking up, spreading, smoothing and finishing mortars, renders, adhesives and skim coats.
What it is for
Used for plastering walls and ceilings, by hand or by machine, in masonry work, from laying blocks to filling chases and for laying mortar.
How to use it
Choose the tool for the task: a bricklaying trowel for laying bricks and blocks, a smooth plastering trowel for skimming, a notched trowel for spreading tile adhesive. Pick up a little material at a time and work with the blade angled, going back over the area to even out the layer. At the end of the job, wash immediately with water, before the mortar hardens, and dry to prevent rust.
