What it is

The DeWalt DCG418NT-XJ is a cordless angle grinder from the powerful 54 V XR FlexVolt platform. It takes 125 mm diameter discs and reaches a no-load speed of 9000 rpm, delivering high performance in cutting and grinding metals and building materials even in the heaviest applications. With compact dimensions – 400 mm long and 125 mm high – and a weight of 2.18 kg, it combines power and handling. It is battery-powered for maximum freedom on site.

How to use it

Fit a disc suited to the job, with a diameter and maximum speed compatible with the machine, tighten it with the flange and key and position the guard between disc and operator. Hold with both hands using the side handle, start it unloaded and work without forcing and without twisting the disc in the cut. Wear safety glasses or a face shield, gloves and ear defenders, and unplug the machine before changing the disc.
