Eyelet plugs TW 6 x 55 DeWalt DFM1210600

What it is

The DeWalt DFM1210600 TW plug with eyelet is a fixing element with an integrated eyelet, measuring 6x55 mm (6 mm diameter and 55 mm height). The eyelet allows cables, chains, hooks, springs or suspension elements to be attached directly, turning the anchoring point into a ready-to-use attachment on masonry and concrete.

Heavy-duty fixings are steel or reinforced nylon anchors that carry high loads in concrete and solid masonry.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
