What it is

The DeWalt DWE7485-QS table saw is a compact corded machine for precision cutting of wood and panels. It is fitted with a 210 mm diameter blade with a 30 mm bore, driven by a motor with an input power of 1850 W at a no-load speed of 5,800 rpm. The 485x485 mm work surface allows cuts of up to 65 mm at 90° and 45 mm at 45°, with a rip capacity of up to 622 mm to the right and 318 mm to the left. With dimensions of 605 mm in width and depth and a weight of 22 kg, it combines performance and portability.

How to use it

Fit the blade suited to the material, observing the direction of rotation, set the depth just beyond the material thickness and clamp the workpiece. Start the blade before it touches the workpiece and feed steadily along the line or guide rail, without forcing or lifting the machine during the cut. Check that the lower guard always returns to its position, wear safety glasses and ear defenders, and connect dust extraction whenever possible.
