Diffuser kit, Rototec (IFADN)

What it is

Diffuser kit (IFADN) for in-tank aeration: designed for installers and plant operators, it connects to the diaphragm blower and the IFADN diffuser plates, with a valve to regulate the air flow in continuous or intermittent operation. PP components (fittings/valve) and clear PVC retiflex hose; fitting Ø 1/2″, internal Ø 12 mm, external Ø 17 mm. Configurations with 1 or 2 plates; hose length defined according to the depth of the tank. Ideal for local retrofit/upgrade jobs.

The diffuser is the element that feeds the air produced by the blower into the tank, breaking it up into fine bubbles; it can be disc or tubular.

What it is for

Used for filtering system water and in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

How to use it

Lay it on the bottom of the tank, horizontal and firmly secured, and connect it to the air line with watertight fittings. Check that the bubbles come out evenly over the whole surface. Remove and clean it regularly to prevent the membrane from clogging.
