Inclined floor stand for fire equipment cabinets in steel Thunder line Carvel

What it is

Floor stand with an inclined profile on which to fix a fire equipment cabinet when no wall is available. It is made of 0.7 mm electro-galvanised sheet steel, powder coated in RAL 3000 red epoxy-polyester and salt spray tested to ISO 9227 for 10 years. Its overall size is 125x800x410 mm.

A fire extinguisher is a portable or wheeled appliance that puts out an incipient fire with powder, water with additives or carbon dioxide, chosen according to the fire class.

Used for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan.

How to use it

Mount it on a wall or stand in a visible, signed and accessible position, near the exits. To use it, pull out the safety pin, hold the hose, stand upwind a few metres away and direct the jet at the base of the flames with a sweeping motion. Have it inspected periodically by a qualified technician and recharged after every use, even partial.

Safe use

Check that the floor stand is stable and, if necessary, fix it to the floor before fitting the cabinet with the extinguisher. Leave the space in front of the cabinet clear so that it can be opened.
