Universal floor stand for fire equipment cabinets in steel Thunder line Carvel

What it is

Universal steel floor stand for mounting fire equipment cabinets, so that the equipment can be positioned away from walls as well. It is made of 0.7 mm electro-galvanised sheet steel, phosphate-degreased and powder coated in RAL 3000 red epoxy-polyester, with resistance tested in salt spray to ISO 9227 for 10 years. Its overall size is 270x800x120 mm.

A fire extinguisher is a portable or wheeled appliance that puts out an incipient fire with powder, water with additives or carbon dioxide, chosen according to the fire class.

Used for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan.

How to use it

Mount it on a wall or stand in a visible, signed and accessible position, near the exits. To use it, pull out the safety pin, hold the hose, stand upwind a few metres away and direct the jet at the base of the flames with a sweeping motion. Have it inspected periodically by a qualified technician and recharged after every use, even partial.

Check that the floor stand is stable and, if necessary, fix it to the floor before fitting the cabinet. Keep the area in front of the equipment clear to allow immediate use.
