SDS-plus Extreme bit 6x310x250mm DeWalt DT9621-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT9621-QZ is an SDS-Plus Extreme bit with a diameter of 6 mm and a working length of 250 mm, designed for small-section holes of fair depth in concrete. The carbide grit head and two-cutting-edge design (2 cutters) ensure precise engagement with the material, while the SDS-Plus shank allows quick, secure insertion into compatible rotary hammers.

How to use it

Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
