What it is

The DeWalt DT4645-QZ is a wood auger bit with a working length of 280 mm and a total length of 380 mm, designed to reach great depths in timber materials. How to use it

Place the centre point on the mark and start at low speed; always use large-diameter spade and Forstner bits at reduced speed. To avoid breakout, rest the workpiece on a piece of scrap wood or finish the hole from the opposite side. Use extensions for deep holes, locking them by tightening the screw firmly.
