What it is
The NWS-CE through-bolt expansion anchor by Bossong is a mechanical anchor designed for structural applications in uncracked concrete, able to support heavy loads in civil and industrial settings. Made of galvanised steel, it provides certified fire resistance and high reliability under mechanical stress. What it is for
Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.
How to use it
Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
